The Spektral Quartet invites you inside the practice room to help build a new piece from the ground up with an interactive experience in which audience members are encouraged to make  suggestions, offer critiques, and ask questions.

An unusual and beautifully constructed work will be explored, Hans Thomalla’s newly-composed Bagatellen for string quartet. With traditional, tonal harmony as its inspiration, the piece quickly ascends to the outer limits of sound.
