Even though they didn’t let us attempt to create a black hole the last time we played there, we can’t wait to return to that awe-inspiring temple of science: Fermilab. We laid some fairly weird music on our previous appearance, but the technicians, scientists, and civilians in the crowd are an aurally adventurous bunch that were with us the whole way.
For our Chicago fans, Batavia may seem like a haul to check out a show, but you owe it to yourself to see this stunning structure up close, and soak up some genius amongst all these people that know what this is all about:
We’ll be performing our Finger on the Pulse program for this concert: Ravel’s String Quartet, Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 10, Op. 74 "Harp," and Dai Fujikura's String Quartet No. 1 "Another Place".
