Wowzers do we have a treat for you. The illimitable George Lewis is joining us for this episode of the Floating Lounge listening party series! It’s difficult to think of a more inspiring, erudite, and generous composer/philosopher/performer in the music world than George, and we’d be happy listening to him read the phone book.
Lucky for you, Professor Lewis is swooping into the Floating Lounge with a playlist of tracks that light him up. And as anyone who has met George knows, we’re going to go ultra-deep on this music from sociological, historical, and musical perspectives.
